What is your return policy?

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Pandora purchase! Here’s a simple guide to returning or exchanging your items.


Return Eligibility

You can return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt or electronic receipt.

Extended Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2026.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Engraved items
  • Last Chance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it by mail or in-store for assistance.


Returns by Mail

Returning your item by mail is easy and free:

  • Use the return form and prepaid UPS label included with your order
  • Drop off your package at any UPS location
  • Return shipping is free
  • Processing takes about 5–7 business days after your return is received and approved
  • If you can’t find your return form or prepaid label, please click here and enter your order tracking number, then select “Return this package” — or contact our Pandora Jewelry Customer Care Center for help.

Please note: Original shipping charges are not refundable.


Refunds & Processing Times

Once your package is received and validated by our warehouse, we’ll process your return and send you a confirmation email.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days after validation, but we aim to process them within 5 business days.
  • All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note:
    • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    • Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit your account.

Returns In-Store

To return an item in-store:

  • Bring the item and your packing slip or email invoice
  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
  • PayPal purchases will be refunded as a Pandora gift card

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item:

  • First, return the original item and receive a refund
  • Then, purchase your new item
  • In-store exchanges for items of equal or lesser value may be available, depending on store inventory

What is Pandora’s exchange policy?

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations.  Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions.

Extended Holiday Returns! From November 1, 2025, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on items in unused and in original condition until January 31,2026 with original receipt. 

Exchange in store:
a. Find your nearest Pandora store.
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Pandora store.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

For Store Closures please see below how to handle exchanges: 
a. Return original item via the enclosed return label and return form.
b. Go onto our website and select new size/style and purchase.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

How much time do returns take to be processed?

Returns by mail:

Please allow 7 to 10* business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

*During periods of high sales volume (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other promotional events) it may take an additional 5-10 business days for us to process your returns once we receive it.
 

Returns in a Pandora store:
Returns will be processed to the original form of payment and will take up to 5 business days for the credit to be applied. Any Afterpay refunds will be handled through your Afterpay portal, for any questions on your Afterpay refunds please contact Afterpay directly. 

Can a gift recipient return Pandora Jewelry?Gift recipients may return or exchange merchandise to a Pandora store, item must be accompanied by a gift receipt. If merchandise is is returned by mail a credit will be issued to the original payment method and purchaser.
